All textual content, images, videos, historical documents, stele inscription translations, site maps, interface design, and source code of the website vanmieu.gov.vn are owned or lawfully managed by the Center for Cultural and Scientific Activities of Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám, and are protected under Vietnam's Law on Intellectual Property and the Law on Cultural Heritage No. 45/2024/QH15.

Documentary images of the 82 Doctoral Steles of the Lê – Mạc dynasties — a World Documentary Heritage recognized by UNESCO in 2011 — are used for the purposes of information, education, and promotion of heritage value, and not for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Quoting or sharing content for personal, academic, or non-commercial purposes, provided the source "Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám" and the website link are clearly credited.
Use by press or media agencies of information and images for news content, with full source citation.

Not permitted, unless written approval is granted
