Personal Data Protection Policy

Information collected: full name, phone number, email, and in some cases of group/organization ticket bookings, identification documents may be required to verify eligibility for ticket exemptions/discounts.

• Purpose of use: processing ticket bookings, confirming transactions, providing contact support, and compiling statistics for the management of the relic site. Data will not be used for third-party advertising purposes without the visitor's explicit consent.
• Data sharing: the Center commits not to transfer visitors' personal data to third parties beyond what is necessary to complete a transaction (payment intermediary) or when requested by a competent state authority in accordance with the law.
• Customer rights: visitors may request to access, modify, or delete personal data they have provided by contacting the Center through the information listed in Section 11.
• This policy complies with Decree No. 13/2023/NĐ-CP on the protection of personal data.
